Witnesses Sought To Fatal Hit-and-Run on Hwy 101
BREAKING: A man's body was found this morning near Tully Road exit.

SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA – A man was struck and killed in a hit-and-run on U.S. Highway 101 in San Jose early this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Officers responded around 1:15 a.m. to southbound Highway 101 near the Tully Road on-ramp on a report of a body in the roadway, CHP Officer Ross Lee said.
They arrived and found a man in his early 40s who had been struck by a vehicle. The man, whose name is not yet being released, was pronounced dead at the scene, Lee said.

Investigators have not found any witnesses to the collision and do not have a description of the vehicle that struck the man, according to Lee.
