During this half day retreat we will be diving deep into what each of these 4 essentials looks like and practicing practical tools to help you get more Zen in your relationships.

We will be learning how to write powerful positive affirmations, engaging in practices of loving ourselves and caring for ourselves, learning ways to be more mindful in everything that you do, engaging in an Authentic Self guided meditation to help you uncover the truth of who you really are and how you show up in the world, and then wrapping it all together to discover how all of these things help you to communicate more authentically from a place of love and caring.
