In memory to my best friend

On my way to the Ocean I was driving in my car and suddenly I screamed Seal!!!

I stopped my car and I was thinking you love to that animal is getting stronger and stronger.

I arrived to Point Dume, change my cloth and went to the Rock to say hello. Waves today was very strong, but beautiful an especially where they crash the rock. I start to whistle a few times, then call the Seal. Usually he was always be in the few minutes , waiting to run with me. I look for him but I couldn’t see. O, well. He will catch you soon I was thinking and start my run. Lately because pain on my ankle I did only run a short distance to compare to the previous 5-6 miles. And that distance would be ending next to the small rock. I did not run that time, most of the time I was turning back and look for my friend. And what is it?

My dear Seal was on the shore moving his body still but there was no head. I was shocked. Didn’t know what to do and how I can help him. But it was too late, no one can save him, after I guess horrible shark took his head away. Sharp pain went through my body and my heart. I start to cry.

Was getting dark. Both of us were on the empty shore.

My dear Seal! I never had such a great friend as you. Any time I would come to the Ocean: 5, 6, 7 sometime 8pm you will always waiting for me and then meeting each other we were so happy that we can run together again.

Thank you for your loyalty, kindness, trust and all happiness that you been bringing for me. You are the best friend ever and I will miss you so much! I am not sure if I will still love the Ocean remembering that he took you from me.
