Our trainer calls crazily, says his nephew is trying to get him to take in another big dog. This nephew already brought us a really timid black pit bull, who won''t even let anyone touch her. We don't know what she's been through, the nephew won't tell. He never gives any financial support for the pit bull, he just "didn't want it any more." Now he says a friends is going back on the Navy ship and has no where to put his big dog. and that he has no money to offer but he has dog food. How much? probably a bag. Does he know the dogs with the trainer eat a 40 lb bag a day? Trainer is crying because he hates to turn a dog down, but we cannot take this dog right now.. Recommended a good boarding place we know which will will charge $10-$12 a day and will require a two week advance.... . Our trainer told him if had at least $100 we would take him, the answer was "No, all I have is half a bag of dog food."
