2nd Water Main Leak In Malibu Thursday

MALIBU, CA — Los Angeles County Waterworks responded to a water main leak in Malibu at the 20200 block of Inland Lane, according to the city.

Water service was restored at around 2:55 p.m. after the leak was reported around 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Affected residents were notified directly, the city said.

Traffic was not impacted by the leak.

This was the second water main leak in Malibu Thursday morning. At around 9:45 a.m., a first water main leak was reported in the 25300 block of Malibu Road, cutting off water to residents in that area until 2:55 p.m.
