AGOURA HILLS, CA — Malibu Brewing Company will open its second location this month in Agoura Hills.
The brewery and restaurant, located at 29281 Agoura Road, will hold a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 25.
As part of the celebration, Malibu Brewing Company will donate 20 percent of its opening-day sales, up to $2,500, to the Southeast Ventura County YMCA, according to the company.
The remodeled, 190-seat space features a central bar with 22 taps, indoor dining and lounge areas, and a 115-seat all-weather patio designed to host live music and community events, according to Conejo Valley Guide.
The menu will include Malibu Brewing Company favorites such as the MBC Smashburger, Santa Fe Short Rib Sando and Fresh Catch Tacos, according to the report.
New dishes developed for the Agoura Hills location include the Agoura BBQ Pub Burger and the Tan Pig, a ciabatta sandwich made with pulled pork, black truffle aioli, coleslaw and chile crema.
Weekend brunch will also be offered, with dishes including a Monte Cristo sandwich.
