Artists Needed For Woolsey Fire Exhibition In Malibu

Malibu's next public art exhibition, called "Radical Beauty, Malibu Rising," will be displayed in City Hall.

MALIBU, CA — The City of Malibu Cultural Arts Commission is inviting artists to apply to have their Woolsey Fire art included in Malibu's next public art exhibition in City Hall called "Radical Beauty, Malibu Rising," the City of Malibu press release said.

The Commission is accepting artwork from artists of all ages and all media, including photography, paint, drawing, collage, short films, free-standing art and written work. Applications are due by Wednesday, May 1, the press release said.

To apply, visit the City website, Malibu City Hall located at 23825 Stuart Ranch Road, or the Michael Landon Community Center at Malibu Bluffs Park. The Cultural Arts Commission will review the applications and contact applying artists by May 10, the press release said. For more information, call 310-456-2489 ext. 350.
