Public Workshop for the Malibu Creek Ecosystem Restoration Project

California State Parks invites the public to a workshop on the Malibu Creek Ecosystem Restoration Project. Learn about the design and engineering updates related to the removal of Rindge Dam, project benefits that include restoring natural ecosystem functions, expanding critical habitat for endangered Southern California steelhead trout and other native species, and enhancing coastal resilience through beach nourishment. The public will have an opportunity to ask questions, share feedback, and engage directly with the project team. The workshop is on Thursday, October 15, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District Conference Room, 4232 Las Virgenes Road, Calabasas, CA 91302.
