CA Redistricting Update: Two Public Meetings as Part of the CA Redistricting Process, Sept. 14 & 29 and Mapping Software to Help the Public Participate in Redistricting

Once every 10 years after the US Census, political boundaries are redrawn for elective offices including LA County Supervisorial Districts, California’s Congressional, State Senate, State Assembly, and State Board of Equalization districts. People and organizations are invited to give their input about where boundaries should be drawn based on "communities of interest," which share common social and economic interests that should be included within a single district for fair representation. Learn more about Redistricting on the California Redistricting Commission's (CRC) website.
