City Of Malibu: LA County Moves Into Least Restrictive Yellow Tier As Of May 6

The latest revision to the Health Officer Order issued by Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (LADPH) aligns the County with the Yellow Tier, the fourth and least restrictive tier in the State of California's Blueprint for a Safer Economy, effective as of 12:01 AM on Thursday, May 6.

Protocols for the following sectors within the County were also updated to reflect the easing of restrictions in the Yellow Tier:
- Retail Establishments
- Grocery Stores and Retail Food Markets
- Office-Based Worksites
- Museums, Galleries, Zoos, Aquariums
- Hotels, Lodging and Short-Term Rentals
- Family Entertainment Centers
- Bars
- Personal Care Establishments
- Community Sporting Events
- Cardrooms
- Breweries, Wineries, and Craft Distilleries

COVID-19 Vaccinations
COVID-19 vaccinations continue to be available for all residents age 16 and older at County-run sites and many community sites without an appointment. Visit: www.VaccinateLACounty.com (English) and www.VacunateLosAngeles.com (Spanish) to find a vaccination site near you, to make an appointment at vaccination sites, and much more. If you do not have internet access, cannot use a computer, or you are over 65, you can call 833-540-0473 for help finding an appointment. There may be an extended wait time to speak with an operator for help making an appointment during high demand times. Vaccinations are always free and open to eligible residents and workers regardless of immigration status.
