MALIBU, CA – One lane in each direction on Pacific Coast Highway is blocked Wednesday afternoon as tow trucks remove vehicles involved in a crash. Sheriff's Deputies responded to the crash reported in the 32200 block of PCH near Encinal Canyon Road in Malibu earlier in the afternoon.
