PCH Reopens After Downed Power Lines Block Lanes In Malibu
The motorist was taken to a hospital for treatment of an unspecified injury.

MALIBU, CA – Pacific Coast Highway at Big Rock Drive has reopened after Southern California Edison fixed downed power lines that shut down all lanes during the morning commute Monday. A car crashed into a power pole around 8:10 a.m. at Big Rock Drive, downing some lines and prompting the closure of Pacific Coast Highway.
The motorist was taken to a hospital for treatment of an unspecified injury. Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputies and California Highway Patrol were on-scene for traffic control.
