MALIBU, CA – A mudslide closed a portion of Topanga Canyon Boulevard in the Malibu area Sunday, authorities said. The mudslide was reported at 7:28 p.m. on Topanga Canyon Boulevard and it was ordered closed indefinitely between Pacific Coast Highway and Grand View Drive, California Highway Patrol Officer Tony Polizzi said. The mudslide was reported at 7:28 p.m. on Topanga Canyon Boulevard and it was ordered closed indefinitely between Pacific Coast Highway and Grand View Drive, California Highway Patrol Officer Tony Polizzi said. Caltrans crews were called to the scene for clean-up, Polizzi said.
