Eagle Tries to Snatch Little Boy During Bird Show at Australia Park: Officials say they plan to investigate after a photo surfaced which captured an eagle trying to snatch a boy as he repeatedly ran the zipper up and down on a green hoodie sweatshirt at an outdoor bird show in Australia's Northern Territory.

What’s there to investigate? I doubt the eagle will ever agree to testify. Meanwhile, bird show officials say the eagle has been placed on paid, administrative leave pending further investigation. If found responsible for attacking the child, the eagle will most likely be sent to Disney World in Florida.

Meanwhile, back in the US, Philadelphia fans are quick to point out that this isn't the first time they've seen an eagle fumble. Stunned onlookers who witnessed the incident, report that the eagle swept down on the poor kid faster than a Catholic priest on an altar boy. On a positive note, at least the they didn’t try blame the dingos.

Of course the other eagles in the show swear they never observed any eagle trying to attack a child - and let’s not forget that they have “eagle eyes.” They speculate that the bird may have just seen the child struggling with his zipper, assumed he was having difficulty removing his sweatshirt, and simply tried to help. Anyway, in the final analysis, its important to note that while these children may arrive by stork, they can also be taken away by eagles.
