Juan Cabrillo’s Kindergarten Orientation and Round-Up will be held on Wednesday, February 29th from 8:30-11:00 am. This memorable event offers great insight into Juan Cabrillo’s Kindergarten Program and also provides registration information. A fun morning is planned that introduces parents and children to the classrooms and campus. Special mini-tours will explore the Science Lab and Art Studio and provide information on the Technology, Library, and Music Programs. Cabrillo’s Before & Afterschool CREST Program will be open and accepting applications for the Fall program.
A new law changes the date that children must turn 5 from December 2nd to November 1, 2012 to enter Kindergarten. The law will be phased in over the next three years. More information is expected soon and parents are encouraged to attend Round-Up with their children and obtain registration information.
