Santa Monica Bay Audubon Society leads a Parents & Children bird walk, 10am - 11am, 4th (not the last) Sunday of every month.
We start at 10:00 for a shorter walk and to allow time for families to get it together on a sleepy Sunday morning. We will have kid-experienced leaders so please bring the kids to the beach! We have an ample supply of binoculars that children can use without striking terror into their parents – we want to see families enjoying nature.
Groups: If you have a Scout Troop or other large group of kids please notify us by email to make sure we have enough binoculars.
Directions: Entrance to parking lot ($12 currently) is on Pacific Coast Hwy. across from Cross Creek Road, west of Malibu Pier, Adamson House and Malibu Creek. Meet at the first footbridge near the parking lot.
