The City of Malibu's Senior Center will host a free presentation on Nutrition and Aging on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 12 p.m.
The presentation will be led by Dr. Milica Simpson, who works in internal medicine and as a pediatric physician at UCLA Malibu.
As aging occurs, nutrition needs change. Eating a variety of nutritious, calorie-conscious foods is important to staying healthy. Dr. Simpson will present strategies on how to eat healthfully for successful aging. Participants are asked to call in advance to reserve a seat for this free event.
