Pepperdine's annual Earth Day will be held at Joslyn Plaza in the center of campus. Multiple vendors and student groups will be manning booths at the expo, including SCE, Department of Public Works Water Conservation, Tree People, and Crown Disposal. Free chocolate covered strawberries and organic food samples will be given out during the expo.
E-Waste recycling will be available in the Rho parking lot, so bring your old electronics. The student run Green Team will be giving a tour of the new Pepperdine Community Garden at 2:00. A shuttle will be available to transport people from the expo to the garden at 2:00. Come join us.
