Featured speaker and Waves of Service Leader Oscar Menjivar (GSEP ’11) is the Founder and CEO of URBAN Teens eXploring Technology (URBAN TxT, http://www.urbantxt.com/), an organization that encourages inner city young men to become catalysts of change in urban communities.
