The pickup will take place on Saturday, Sept. 21.   A variety of items will be accepted, including furniture, household appliances, carpets, mattresses, stereos, electronics, and refrigerators. The maximum number that can be set aside for pickup is seven per resident.All appointments must be made by noon on Friday, Sept. 20, by calling (800)675-1171. If your items are normally picked up by Universal Waste Systems, call (800)631-7016.
