#GiveBackNews LA (Malibu, Beverly Hills, Van Nuys, Marina Del Rey)

Get inspired & get involved! Help the homeless, girls, challenged athletes, single moms, and one adorable bulldog.

In this week’s #GiveBackNews LA update we’ll take you to Malibu, Beverly Hills, Van Nuys, San Diego and Marina Del Rey for inspiring stories of how LA residents are giving back to their community.

Malibu just hosted its first Homeless Connect Day, offering a variety of services at the former Malibu Courthouse on Civic Center Way. You’ll get a look at donated services from health screenings to foot massages.

The newly formed United Nations Association of Beverly Hills held its first fundraiser benefiting women and children refugees. You’ll hear from the Executive Director of the UN Association of the United States.

We have two #GiveBackNews updates on previous stories. The first will follow up on LA SAG Award Publicist Rosalind Sepulveda’s effort to raise money for disabled athlete Jonah Vandever and the Challenged Athletes’ Foundation. The second is an update on an American Bulldog in Van Nuys who needs a home, and is gaining a fan following.

This week we’re also introducing you to our Give Back Mom of the month, Kerri Zane. She’s a single mom with a lot of spice and a knack for giving back in a very big way to single moms and local families in need.
