Why are many these sales selling privately? Although Agents are almost always involved some of the rich and successful would just prefer to sell without all the traditional fan fare.

This has been a big issue for many in the Real Estate industry who believe that with proper and more traditional marketing methods and widespread exposure that homowners may end up selling for more, clearly not the case here. Some savvy Westside Realtors are even using sophisticated video technology to communicate privately within a select network about Pre-Listed, Off Market and private sale homes. Apparently the insiders only have to use their smartphone to create a short video of their private sale property and with the click of their finger all the Agents in their network receive the video detailing their offering. http://wwwsellerdirectnetwork.com
