The annual Carnival takes place on Saturday, and it is an opportunity to support a good cause while having a good time with the family. "It is a fun-filled family event," wrote Juan Cabrillo PTA Officer Nicole Fisher in an email to Malibu Patch. "Come out and support Juan Cabrillo Elementary and enjoy rides, games, food [and] prizes. Bid on great auction items and feast on delicious, authentic homemade Mexican food." Money raised from the event will support the art, music and science programs at Juan Cabrillo. The carnival will take place at the school, which is located at 30237 Morning View Drive, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
