Kevin Spacey Accused Of Groping Man In Malibu

An unidentified massage therapist in Malibu is accusing the actor of sexual misconduct during a 2016 massage.

MALIBU, CA — Actor Kevin Spacey is fighting a legal battle to make public the identify of Malibu massage therapist who accused the actor of sexual battery.

According to Deadline Hollywood, the embattled actor's attorneys are arguing that the accuser's anonymity is prejudicial against Spacey in a civil suit filed by the therapist. The massage therapist has filed a lawsuit against the actor, alleging he forced him to touch his genitals during a rub-down in Malibu in 2016, Deadline reported Friday. Spacey has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.

Spacey's attorneys contend he can't properly defend himself without knowing who his accuser is, and that he would be vulnerable to threats and privacy invasions from others if they don't have to identify themselves in civil cases.
