The California Department of Justice has a website called Megan's Law, which provides information on registered sex offenders pursuant to California Penal Code § 290.46, so that members of the public can better protect themselves and their families.
According to the website, there are three registered sex offenders in Malibu, two of which don't have a last listed address. None of the offenders are currently in violation, but their crimes range from rape of a victim incapable of giving consent, to lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14-years-old, and annoying or molesting a child under 18-years-old.
