Malibu Pop Up Art Exhibit Shows "Malibu's Favorite Photographers"
The art exhibit will have a closing ceremony on July 20 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.

MALIBU, CA — A renaissance man, Malibu local Ted Silverberg does it all: hosts networking events over a game of golf, self-defense classes for women, and even photography. Currently, Silverberg's photos are at a photography pop up hosted by Tracy Park at 24903 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. When inviting him to the participate in the pop up event, Park referred to the group of photographers as "Malibu's favorites."
Silverberg has been surfing "for most of his life" and loves to golf, so most of his photography reflects that. However, what stands Silverberg apart from the rest is the way his personality is reflected in his art. Easy-going and maybe a little quirky, Silverberg's photography takes you to places and angles that are "weird and off-the-wall," he said. Adding another layer to his art, he said that he strives to use his photography to inspire others.
"Everyone can be a better person," he said. "The best times of my life are when I’m helping people or focusing on happiness. I always try to approach things in a way that will make them inspirational."
