Los Angeles County Waterworks District No. 29 invites the City and community to review the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for critical water system improvements that are proposed over the next six years. The updates will improve water supply reliability for customers in the City of Malibu and the LA County unincorporated community of Topanga.
