In her 64+ years of nursing, she's seen many changes, especially in the area of technology – which thrills her!
Monica Bulman, at 83, still practices her profession as a Nurse at Torbay Hospital in South Devon in the UK, working 15 to 20 hours a week. She began her nursing career at 19 and never looked back.
In her 64+ years of nursing, she’s seen many changes, especially in the area of technology – which thrills her! So much can be done with a swipe, click or touch, that took so long to happen (if at all) in times past. Monica loves her work, and has no plans to retire. She’s happy to juggle that along with her visits to the gym, spending time with children and grandchildren, playing skittles and trips to the beauty salon. A well-rounded life, indeed!
