Meet An “AMAZING!” Making the World a Better Place One Spud at a Time
From web master to now growing and donating food to the hungry.

David S. Bach, age 73, spent a lifetime in computer-everything (Certified Instructional Designer, Certified Web master, Systems Analyst, Computer Programmer) with a graduate degree in mathematics and statistics.
When it came time to retire, David lifted his hands off the keyboard and plunged them with gusto and great joy into the earth. He is now a dedicated gentleman-farmer who raises his potatoes, peppers, spinach, tomatoes, onions, garlic and more with enormous love (and success) on his small farm in western Washington. He has already donated over a ton (2000 lbs) of food to his local food banks.
David believes if we all knew where our food comes from and how labor intensive it is to get from seed to table, we’d never take a single bite of it for granted.
