Meet an “Amazing” Who Believes in Exercise for Sanity and Stamina

Lee is a firm believer in the importance of exercise, especially as we grow older, to help keep our bodies strong, fit and energized.

Lee Janogly, at 77, credits exercise with keeping her sane while her five children were growing up. It no doubt helps her now to keep up with her seven grandchildren as well.

Although Lee got into exercise just for her own benefit, she found herself suddenly in the position of teaching a class when the usual instructor didn’t show up--and has been teaching ever since, eventually founding her own studio. Lee’s specialty is exercise set to music, which she finds more motivating, her unique blend of stretching and toning. In addition, Lee also provides one-on-one training.

Lee is a firm believer in the importance of exercise, especially as we grow older, to help keep our bodies strong, fit and energized.
