Meet an “Amazing” Who Breaks Records for Fun & Non-Profits

At 106, Jack Reynolds became the oldest person to ride a zip line.

Jack Reynolds, at 106, certainly does not let being a wheelchair-bound great-great-grandfather inhibit his zeal for life or breaking Guinness world records in the least

At 106, he became the oldest person to ride a zip line: 1,312 feet at 40 mph. At 105, Jack became the oldest person to ride a rollercoaster. Considering that he recently learned to rappel--as in climbing up a rock face--riding a zip line was probably a piece of cake. Jack has been using his centenarian birthdays to raise money for various causes. The zip line adventure was for the benefit of the Stroke Association. Plus, according to his daughter, he’s having a ton of fun doing it!
