Meet an “Amazing” Who Never Lets Adversity Get the Best of Her!
Mary Higgins Clark, age 89, has written an average of a thriller a year for the past 40+ years.

Mary Higgins Clark, age 89, may live in New Jersey, but for most of us, this author lives on the dark side! Known as “The Queen of Suspense,” Mary has written an average of a thriller a year for the past 40+ years.
She didn’t start writing until she was 37, when her husband died and she found herself with 5 children to support. It took a failed first novel and a lot of “day-jobs,” before her second novel came out, at age 43 – and hit the best-seller lists.
To date, "Where Are The Children?" is in its 75th printing. Her latest mystery, "All By Myself, Alone," comes out this year, to join her best-sellers that have preceded it, year in, year out. One theme resonates throughout Mary’s books: a hero who turns adversity into advantage. A life-lesson well worth remembering!
