Meet an “Amazing” Whose Anti-aging Philosophy is “Just keep going!”

Claude Bratcher, 90, a World War II vet, decided he'd join his family for a little sledding.

Claude Bratcher, age 90, a World War II vet who was a Seabee in the 122nd Naval Construction Battalion, decided to join in the fun younger members of his family were having sledding. Thanks to the GoPro mounted on the 4-wheeler pulling the sled, Claude's thrilling ride was documented for posterity.

No slouch in other more ordinary times, Claude gets out and works some on his farm every day. His attitude toward aging is simple; you're as young as you want to be--you just keep going. Kinda like his dog having a blast keeping up with the sled.
