Julie Andrews, age 81, hasn’t let a little thing like losing her singing voice (!) stand in the way of her ongoing commitment to the arts. Where others might have hung up their microphone, Julie has created, along with her daughter Emma Walton Hamilton, a children’s show on Netflix.

"Julie's Greenroom," features (among others) a cast of original puppets built by The Jim Henson Company. The show’s intention is to educate youngsters about the arts, and to support critical thinking, empathy, tolerance, and communication skills regardless of one’s ethnicity, culture or socioeconomic background. A truly laudable intention, presented in a fun and lively manner.
