MHS Performs 'James & The Giant Peach' Through The Weekend
Critics consider the musical a "masterpeach!"

MALIBU, CA – Malibu High School is performing James and the Giant Peach, The Musical, a delightfully offbeat adaptation of the classic Roald Dahl adventure that tells the fantastical tale of a young English orphan boy, his insect friends, and their amazing journey across the ocean on a giant piece of fruit.
The musical features a wickedly tuneful score by the Tony Award-nominated team of Pasek and Paul (Dogfight and A Christmas Story the Musical) and a curiously quirky book by Timothy Allen McDonald (Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka, The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley), according to the MHS press release. James and the Giant Peach is now a musical for the whole family to enjoy – critics rave James and the Giant Peach is a "masterpeach!"
The performances are scheduled for Nov. 17 at 7 p.m., Nov 18 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m., and Nov. 19 at 2 pm. Tickets are $25 adults and $15 students/seniors, plus service fee.
