Join us for a screening of WATERSHED followed by a Q&A with Andy Shrader, Deputy of Environmental Affairs & Sustainability for Los Angeles City Council-member Paul Koretz. Drinks and light hors d’oeuvres will be served.

Executive Produced and Narrated by Robert Redford and Directed by award-winning filmmaker, Mark Decena, WATERSHED tells the story of the threats to the once-mighty Colorado River and offers solutions for the future of the American West.  As the most dammed, dibbed, and diverted river in the world struggles to support thirty million people and the peace-keeping agreement known as the Colorado River Pact reaches its limits, WATERSHED introduces hope. Can we meet the needs of a growing population in the face of rising temperatures and lower rainfall in an already arid land? Can we find harmony amongst the competing interests of cities, agriculture, industry, recreation, wildlife, and indigenous communities with rights to the water?

Wednesday, May 28th 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm 1666 Las Virgenes Canyon Road RSVP to Meredith at mhudak@museschool.org. Cost: $20.00. Childcare available for $10.00 per child. Learn More about WATERSHED:
