THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE....IT'S NOT RESPECTABLE.

Here is my premise:

The NFL is a lame organization. They have no conscience whatsoever. They are a money making machine that likes the perks of power and prestige. They NEVER do the right thing....If they react to problems at all, they react AFTER they manifest horribly ....they have no vision except when it comes to making deals. They don’t show leadership, nor do they demonstrate and enforce principles of good conduct. They have been deceitful and unabashedly shameful when it comes to protecting the safety (brains) of the players in the league---Concussions abound and the league, as always, doesn’t even acknowledge it until the pressure from the outside grows too great....until it might cost them money; ditto domestic violence, ditto widespread sexual improprieties, ditto cheating. They lie about everything (Ray Rice video), they would sell their own mothers (and yours) for a licensing deal. Just how could the NFL (ever) allow players to inflate their own footballs and be trusted to carry out league standards is a total example of leaving the Patriots in charge of the chicken coop. Are you kidding me?

Why have two sets of footballs that can be sequestered by each team??? The league should provide the balls and each team uses the same balls....they should have been doing that since Red Grange and Bronco Nagurski laced up ”high top” cleats. Instead, they are just figuring this out now... The way the NFL has been doing it wouldn’t pass the 1st grade test on the playground. Roger Goodell is the poster child for incompetence and deceit. That’ll get you 40 million per year. I can always tell when he is lying because his mouth is moving. He would make a good character in the Godfather movies.....I wouldn’t trust him with directions. He’s bad news.

Sample this for getting it wrong....

Until February of this year, Warren Sapp was being employed on camera by the NFL network. Warren decided to solicit a prostitute during the Super Bowl and then assault her over a money dispute. He pled guilty to both charges and the NFL fired him at that point....But, couldn’t we have seen this coming?..if we had looked under the thinnest of rocks....

Sapp has had a history with legal troubles around the Super Bowl. He was arrested the day before the Super Bowl in 2010 on a domestic battery charge. Despite making millions in his playing career, Sapp filed for bankruptcy in 2012 in Florida after owing more than $6.7 million to creditors and back child support and alimony.

Is this the guy the NFL network wants in front of the camera representing them? Former all Pro linebacker Ray Lewis is another person whose history is more than ugly. He is now an ESPN NFL analyst... he wears a tie now... There are more than a handful of people who are convinced that he murdered two people. He was originally charged with two counts of murder....one of the deceased’s blood was found in Lewis’ limo but Ray fled the crime scene and later made a plea deal and ...well.

And, these are guys wearing the suits....not even players on the field....

Don’t be surprised if recently convicted double murderer Aaron Hernandez is granted a special exemption to leave a maximum security prison so that he can suit up for the Patriots on Sundays in the fall. Stranger things have happened (in the NFL).

Years ago, back in the 70’s during the reign of the dynastic ”Steel Curtain”, there was a play called the ”Immaculate Reception”. At this time, 40 years later, Roger and Co. are displaying the “Immaculate Deception”, and guess what...their stock is on the rise....
