Need to Fight that Traffic Ticket? You Can Now Schedule a Court Date Online

Those with appointments can walk up to the designated appointment window and get the help they need without having to wait in line.

LOS ANGELES, CA -- The Los Angeles Superior Court will offer a new web application beginning Thursday in which individuals with traffic tickets can schedule appointments to resolve their cases.

The court's website, lacourt.org, will feature a Traffic Clerk Appointment Scheduler for arranging time to meet with a traffic clerk at one of the 18 courthouses that handle traffic matters during regular business hours. Those with appointments can walk up to the designated appointment window and get the help they need without having to wait in line.

Appointments also will be available during night court sessions at the courthouses that offer that service.
