Pedestrian Hit & Killed On PCH Near Malibu Pier Identified

The motorist remained at the scene and was interviewed by authorities. PCH was closed in the area for about three hours for investigation.

MALIBU, CA – A pedestrian who was hit and killed by a car on Pacific Coast Highway near the Malibu Pier over the weekend was identified Thursday.

Brian Miller, 34, whose home town was not known, died at the scene. He was hit about 7:30 p.m. Sunday, according to the coroner's office reported. The motorist remained at the scene and was interviewed by authorities.

PCH was closed in the area for about three hours while an investigation was conducted.
