MALIBU, CA — It may look like a beautiful sunrise, but what you're seeing is actually the moon at 4 a.m., just as daylight begins to break.
Patch reader John Cormier traveled to Malibu's Point Dume and snapped a photo of the iconic spot using a night mode feature, which has the incredible ability to make night look like day. We've come a long way since those grainy green shots that used to pass for night mode.
