The consumer has spoken, they want value, they want information and they want it with no strings attached

Time for Realtors to stop selling and start providing a higher level of value to the consumer. Unfortunately, Zillow and Redfin have figured it out and actually listened to what the consumer wanted, a simple home search with no one bothering them, and an idea of what their home value is. The consumer has spoken, they really don’t care much for or trust Realtors, and they really believe Realtors are all alike. Redfin is building their big push to take over the industry based on that information, telling home sellers that if one of their agents holds an open house, prices the property, does a 360 tour and a flyer that the selling price and experience will be the same. So what does all this have to do with the topic? It’s time for a marketing course correction for Realtors, instead of, look at me, look at what I just sold, how do you like my photo and logo its time to provide a higher level of service in the form of content marketing, actually content marketing in mobile video is even better. Try blogging in video about topics they are interested in, what a concept.
