Detour signs will be posted to advise motorists of the closures. A rock fall fence will be installed along with debris barriers and other repairs will be made on slopes that burned during a summer wildfire to limit the potential threat of slides and other large debris from falling into travel lanes during the next rainy season, the City said.
Drivers can receive up-to-date information on emergency lane closures and traffic incidents on the Caltrans QuickMap online at quickmap.dot.ca.gov, or on the QuickMap app for iPhone and Android devices.
