Scenes from the Southwest Unique Little Car Show

By Roy Nakano

After flirting with venues in Arizona and Nevada, the Southwest’s biggest celebration of little cars returned to Southern California. It gave birth as the Weird Little Car Show by small car aficionados in Arizona. Today, it’s called the Southwest Unique Little Car Show, and the 34th annual event took place at the Wally Park’s NHRA Motorsports Museum in Pomona, California. The hot rod venue added another dimension to the show. The Southwest Unique Little Car Show has grown into a one-and-a-half-day event, with a little car cruise, and a dinner and awards program after the show. Here are 40 scenes from the show.
