Sharks Baseball Wins Conference Opener
Malibu junior Noah Simon pitched his second straight complete game to spur the Sharks to victory.

The Malibu Sharks baseball team remained undefeated as they opened up conference play at rival Fillmore High School with another comeback win.
The Sharks were down 2-0 before tying the game in the 4th inning. The Fillmore Flashes broke the tie in the bottom of the 6th inning and took a 3-2 lead into the last inning.
Malibu staged another comeback by scoring four runs in their final at-bat. The Sharks took the lead on senior Riley McMillin's single to left field. Freshman Ezra Allen's 2-RBI single added some insurance runs to secure the win.

Pitcher Noah Simon is 3-0 on the year and tossed his second consecutive compete game victory.
Simon scattered five hits over the 7 inning victory and struck out six to continue an impressive 2013 start for the junior right hander.
Malibu remains undefeated on the season with a 6-0 record, 1-0 in conference play.
