Sharks Baseball Wins Fourth Straight
The 13-7 victory over Mary Star of the Sea puts the Malibu High baseball team in the championship game of the Southern California Invitational.

The varsity baseball team's early season dominance continued on Friday in a Southern California Invitational semifinal game against Mary Star of the Sea. The Sharks (4-0) defeated the San Pedro school 13-7 in front of the home crowd in Malibu.
Senior Harry McAlevey (2-0) pitched for the Sharks. Junior Frank Thomas had three hits and three RBI.
Malibu's junior varsity team moved to 3-0 on the year with a 16-8 victory at Mary Star.

The Sharks varsity squad will play in the Southern California Invitational championship today at 11 a.m. at Royal High School in Simi Valley.
