Sunday, May 3 - Malibu AYSO Soccer Registration

Hello Malibu!

It’s approaching quickly... the Malibu AYSO first in person registration day is THIS SUNDAY at the Juan Cabrillo Fiesta Malibu May 3, 2015 from 11:00 am until 3:30 pm. You will have the opportunity to register and have fun at the event! Here are the steps you need to take to pre-register:

1. Log onto www.eayso.org and complete your online application/pre-registration. If you have difficulties please call 866-588-2976 for assistance M-F , 9am-5pm.

2. Print out 2 pre-registration forms per player and your volunteer forms to our in person registration at the Juan Cabrillo Fiesta Malibu. Our booth will be located right next to the Juan Cabrillo Boys and Girls Club House in the area designated the Camp Court. Credit card payment is now accepted online but the forms have to be submitted to us at the event on 5/3 to complete registration.

3. If you are paying by check, bring your registration forms and check to complete your paperwork to our in person registration. The early registration fee is $170/player until 5/4/15.

4. If you did not play last year, you will need to bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport for proof of age.

5. If you know of someone registering who does not have computer access, please have them come to our registration day and we will register them online.

If you miss our May 3, 2015 early registration day, come to our second registration day on May 17, 2015 at the CCW Spring Fair and Triathlon located at Point Dume Elementary.
