Topanga Canyon Closes This Afternoon To Clear Storm Drains

MALIBU, CA – Caltrans has closed the southbound lane on Topanga Cyn Boulevard with one-way alternating traffic control from Grand View to Pacific Coast Highway until 2 p.m. today to allow crews to clear storm drains prior to the upcoming storm system, according to City of Malibu officials.

There is also one-way alternating traffic control from Oakwood to Old Topanga Canyon Roadd for crews conducting guardrail repair, the officials said. Motorists should expect delays and allow extra time for traveling through Topanga Canyon or use alternative routes if possible.
