MALIBU, CA — A traffic signal stuck on red is causing slowdowns at the intersection of Malibu Canyon Road and Piuma Road, according to California Highway Patrol.

The signal started malfunctioning around 4:09 p.m., CHP said. CHP is now working on the signal, but motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes, the City of Malibu said in a traffic advisory.
