Singer, actress and Malibu resident Nia Peeples was introduced to many Americans in the early ’80s as Nicole Chapman on the TV show “Fame.” She has gone on to appear in numerous roles on television and the big screen, as well as have a successful singing career. Also, her Elements of Life program helps to change people's lives.
And Peeples plays another role—mom. The woman who People magazine named one of the “100 Most Beautiful People” in the world in 2008 is the mother of Christopher, 21, and Sienna, 12. She recently helped choreograph the middle school play at . A proud Malibu resident, Peeples performed at the Chili Cook-Off and can be seen , eating fish tacos at and enjoying the waves with husband surfer/writer/filmmaker Sam George.
You can’t believe it when you see her, but Peeples is soon turning 50. But this woman of many roles is not slowing down, and she is as happy as ever living in this beautiful coastal community.
