Things turned physical after the comedian's car was hit by another driver, who ended up being arrested on a DUI charge, TMZ reported.

MALIBU, CA — Comedian Wayne Brady was involved in a car crash on Pacific Coast Highway Sunday night that escalated into a physical altercation, TMZ reported.

Another driver hit Brady's car in the incident. After the pair pulled over, an "intense argument" turned physical and Brady called 911 after the fight, according to TMZ.

The other driver, a 51-year-old man, left the scene, but deputies eventually caught up to him and arrested him on suspicion of battery, driving under the influence and hit and run, TMZ reported.

Brady was "banged up," but did not need to be transported to a hospital, according to TMZ.
